Returns and complaints

Returns:

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your package (in accordance with EU law).

Complaints:

If the product arrived damaged or with an error, please write to us with a description and a photo.

After positive consideration of the complaint, we will send a new product or refund the money.
